The collection of objects selected for this small exhibition hosted by SicilCima within the frame of Futura Memoria series of events, intends to show the research of four designers who explore some frontiers of contemporary design working with local dimension, craftsmanship, limited-number productions and autonomous initiative. They were: Federico Angi, Alvaro Catalán de Ocón, Francesco Faccin and Vittorio Venezia.
This small review ends showing at the ground floor the research conducted by a group of students from Abadir Academy who, led by Vittorio Venezia, explored the topic of the infinite variations of the vase, deepening the process of ceramics and interpreting it in many different ways. The result is a multifaceted variety of experiments that do not want to be a finished product but the story of a process.
