This project dedicates the surface of the building to the city surrounding it. The façade faces onto Paseo de Gracia, the most luxurious boulevard of Barcelona. The proposal tries to correspond to Gaudi’s world-famous Casa Mila and reactivate the response of the public to Paseo de Gracia. It is made of an 8mm steel skin painted with automobile paints. The holes of the façade provide a frame to capture the landscapes of the Casa Mila and Paseo de Gracia. The light wells are covered with special laminated kinetic glass.
